  1. Printing errors, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product (size, design, color, etc.):
    • Please provide 2 to 3 photos clearly showing the issue.
    • Once the return is confirmed and the product is received by our supplier, we will ship a replacement product free of charge.
    • Alternatively, you may choose a refund or credit that includes the original shipping cost.
  2. Order errors by the customer (size, model, color, etc.):
    • If the product received matches the order placed, the resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Possible solutions include a partial refund, a credit, or an exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service with your order details and the required photos if applicable.
  2. We will provide the specific return address for your product.
  3. Once the product is received and verified by our supplier, we will proceed with a replacement, refund, or credit, depending on the case.
